Queue your own PR, for a reviewer to approve

Answering the agent’s review of a PR you opened no longer dead-ends on “GitHub won’t let you approve your own PR”. GitHub never takes an author’s approval, so Mergepatrol posts none: the dialog says Put it in the queue, and the PR takes its place there. Where the repo needs an approval to merge, it waits in the queue as Needs a reviewer until someone else approves it.
